About Us

We are Kirby and Sue Rushing and probably a lot like you. We love the Lord, love life, and love our children. Kirby has been a builder and business owner most of his adult life while I have been a cosmetologist, interior decorator and real estate agent. Like most people, we stay busy all the time. So, it has been important to us to create a safe and comfortable place to live. With this same determination, we have made our rental homes just this kind of place also.

Kirby and I built our rental homes in DeFuniak Springs, Florida because this is a great community, superb location, as well as a wonderful place to live. With small town atmosphere, DeFuniak Springs is nestled along the I-10 corridor in the Florida Panhandle providing access to jobs, airports, and recreation both here and throughout our immediate region. Because our homes are only 35 minutes from the white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf Coast of Florida all the benefits of the beach and beach community are within easy reach.
